I just tried it and the symbol shows up in the bottom right corner of my PC screen. If that doesn't work for you, use the contact menu at the top right. Chat may have been temporarily unavailable at the time you tried it.

I see the Chat icon on both pages. Have you tried the Contact menu on Shaw Direct?

Have you tried recently? The last 10 times I've tried, nobody responded but their AI bot. Last attempt was today, gave up after 25 minutes.

I've never actually chatted with Shaw Direct, since I'm not a customer. I was just commenting on how to access the chat from the web page, but I don't know if it actually works beyond that.
