At the end of this month, Ma Bell will be installing one of the new PVR units. Not sure if it is a 9241 or 9242 model. I currently have a dish with one LNB and ran two RG6 coax's into the house. We only have one receiver and are only using one of the coax feeds.
With the new installation, I gather that 2 LNB's will be required, so can I use the spare coax for the second LNB, or will the new installation require two coax's from each LNB, namely a total of 4?

The installation should be done with a DPP Twin LNBF so only 1 line will be required to feed teh 9241/9241. The LNBF has 2 outputs so the other receiver can be fed using the 2nd cable.
