Before retiring for bed at night, I would normally tune into Channel 510 and watch the BBC. However this last week, the signal has been very sporadic where more times than not, I could not get the BBC due to the above error code. This also has a statement to the effect that the signal strength is not really strong enough (or words to that effect). I called the technical assistance and they told me to hold the power button for a while and it would reset itself. This unfortunately did not seem to fix the issue. They told me that they would book a service call for someone to come and fix it. Apparently I am beyond the initial stages when I first joined them and now I have to pay for them to come out. I would very much appreciate it if yo someone could advise me as to whether there is there something that I can do before I go this route? Thank you in advance.:confused: PS I have a 9242 that was brand new (a replacement) about 3 months ago)

What kind of Signal Strengths are you seeing on Nimiq 91.?
