Could you help me please to set up my voice-mail account? I've created on for my DID but I don't know how to use it. Is there any pre-recorded message or do I have to record my own?
How do I set the ring delay ?
Thanks.

After you've created your mailbox, you need to route your DID to it.

From the DID Numbers menu, choose Manage DID(s).

Edit the DID of your choice.

Change Voice Mail to the mailbox you just created.

Set Dial Time Out in seconds to whatever you prefer for the ring delay.

As for the recorded message, there is a generic one, but you can record your own if you want. To do this, dial *97 to access your voicemail, and then press 0 for mailbox options.

Thanks Mango.
I've tried to use my own message but now both messages (voip.ms and mine) are playing. How do I delete the prerecorded message?

That's a new one.

How did you set your own message up, and what does the prerecorded message say? Can you describe how you hear both of them?

Dialed *97 then option 0 to configure my mailbox, then recorded my message. I've called myself from the landline and I was able to hear both messages.
When I dial *97 I'm not able to chose option 3 (advanced settings). No idea why.
