I have 24 episodes of Modern Family in .m4v files that I have created for viewing on the iPod/iPad and iPhone.

When I imported them into iTunes they came in as 24 separate movies and show as individual movies tab. This really clutters things up.

So how can I:

1. Move all the shows the TV section of Itunes
2. Group them so they are in a directory that you can drill down to for individual episodes

Under Options set Media Kind to TV and Yes to compilation

Proper way for TV shows is:
Select all episodes of the season, then>Get Info>Video>Season. Selecting season 1 for all of the files will sort them into one set of videos. This will allow you to have multiple seasons separated in the TV shows window.

This also works for movies like James Bond, LOTR the Matrix etc. Just make them season 1 episode 1,2,3...
