You may be able to run an optical cable from your TV through a converter, and then run a coaxial cable to your home theatre system into the orange coaxial digital in. Someone else may be able to confirm this, but check out product #2948 or #2947 on www. monoprice .com

Looking more closely at the user manual, you may not be able to use the coaxial digital input for TV audio, only the red & white "audio in" TV input. If this is the case, product #6884 should do the trick.

Additionally, I would highly recommend you purchase an HDMI cable from monoprice to connect the home theatre system to your TV. The picture quality will be a significant upgrade from the current yellow video cable you have now.
