HDHOME RUN TV TUNER and ROGERS CABLE

Hey guys

I recently bought a silicon dust HD home run thinking I can simply watch HD TV from that. I was clearly uninformed. Unlike the USA, there is no clearQAM here. therefore, just putting the coax cable into the tuner would give me an analog signal. My question is what do I have to do in order to record HD on computer. Do i have to buy a Rogers box? say a 4250HD and then hook it up to the tuner? would that work?

your gonna have to do a lot of research if you want to record Cable QAM stations with that thing, so instead why not use it for Clear QAM OTV antenna stations.
