I agree with what you are saying. I too think the HD quality has dropped some time in the past few weeks. It's very disappointing. When I first got Optik in Feb I still had Bellus Satellite hooked up and the quality difference between the two was very, very minor. Now the HD is terrible. Last week I had a guy in to repair one of my tvs and he says "this is HD!? i thought it was SD" (it was on Discovery HD)
