I have read the threads here and looked at the Pace site but I'm still unsure of which is the best HD-PVR to rent from Cogeco. I currently rent the 6416 and I would like a bigger HD but I'm not willing to endure the usual teething problems of Cogeco's new products. Your advise is appreciated.

The only issue with the new Pace RNG200N seems to be that some haven't been able to get it to initialize/activate in certain areas.

Other than that, it pretty much works flawlessly.

Have Pace 200n with built in 500gb HDD and 1TB esata drive. Love it.

Can the 200N record two channels while you are watching a pre-recorded show like the 6416?

Yes, it has a dual-tuner as well.

If you are still in an area that has analog channels then you will not be able to use the new Pace box (as I was told be a Cogeco store). Just take this into consideration, although I am not sure what the status of Cogeco is in Burlington.

Had the Pace for a month now, no problems at all. The front panel can resemble a Christmas tree at times though.

Does it actually support multi-room DVR or is the moca just "available"?

MoCA is not active on any DCTs at this time
