Does anyone have a link or list of which HD channel matches to which Digital channel?

I just got a new HD box and want to set my favorites without having duplicates, but I am having some trouble figuring out which HD channel is a match to a digital channel (like the fox channels - there more than one....)

If someone has a link or list I would really appreciate it.

I am in Thunder Bay

Are you sure all those channels are exactly the same? The other day my wife was browsing the guide and chose a program playing on the History channel in SD. I flipped to the HD version and it was playing a different show. I think it was some show about mythical creatures in SD and Pawn Stars on the HD version.

I'm in Vancouver. Is it that one of the channels is time shifted or something?

Our HD channels are on eastern time hence what is showing now in HD you will see 3 hours from now on SD. I don't like it either.
