RDS HD, CBC HD, TSN HD, Sportsnet HD and TSN-HABS HD are the major HABS broadcast channels in Canada.

Regarding tonigh the Habs @ Oilers game is on RDS HD and CBC HD.

I would like to know which all of these providers provide the best picture quality.

RDS definitely has the best picture quality.
CBC usually has better sound.

If you have access to CBC HD on antenna; that would be the best picture quality.

When I say antenna I mean; digital OTA and not satellite dish. OTA is regular waves available to tv with a simple rabbit ears antenna type. That is the best picture quality available at the moment for tv.
