I don't think there is much you can do except the wait it out. I called the CSR about this before and they always say, "Just give it another half hour".

Well a half hour passes and it still not loaded so I call the CSR again and they have me on hold for 45 minutes only to tell me to wait another half hour.

You can confirm if your guide is updating by pressing...
"Settings" twice, go to "Setup", then go to "Cable Box Setup", and then "Select to Display".

As long as the number next to "Message" is going up, your guide is updating. At least that's what the CSR told me.

Anyways, eventually I gave up and waited till for the next day. Then the guide populated for about 2 weeks worth of shows.
