I am planning to make a home made indoor tv antenna.

My weakest channel is channel 11 in the us.

Does a gray hoverman have more vhf gain then a 4 bay hi-vhf uhf bow tie antenna?

How does the gain compare to a 8 bay bow tie antenna?

Does the gray hoverman come in a variation similar to the 8 bay bow tie antenna?

neither antenna is designed for VHF. I always recommend a UHF antenna to receive UHF stations, and a VHF antenna
to receive VHF stations.
For VHF Hi reception you should investigate VHF Yagis
Stellar Labs 30-2475, available at Newark Electronics for $27 is a decent one
