Don't know about Bell but Google says GoogleTV won't be in Canada until next year.
Google TV box on Bell TV
Logitech has partnered with Dish Network to offer the Google TV box for $179 to Dish Network subscribers. Any idea if Bell TV will be selling it?

I bet if you used a Dish Network Google TV box in Canada over a VPN with a US IP number it would work.
