Hello everybody,

I would like to know what time of material my reflector for my fta satellite dish antenna has to be made of?

I have a 1.2 M dish antenna made of fiber and wondering if I can use it with my cns nano reciever?

Thanks for your help and advises.

Really depends on what satellites you are trying to get and your geographical location. The reflector can be fiber or metal. likely thou if its an old fiber one the offset for a standard LNB will not work and will require some fabrication. Perhaps a Invacom lnb would work thou.
For the price its likely cheaper and much less headache to just buy a new dish and motor.

Likely a Channel Master, Prodelin, or Andrews... Really good quality for TVRO, these are often made for two way data etc. Might have to modify the mount to fit the usual FTA LNBF. Might be a project but likely worth while.

Good luck with that, you mite be lucky to bring in a very strong transponder but for c-band you would want a larger dish.
