Anyone else had nothing but trouble trying to log into their account to find out usage issues ?

I had issues as well, but it seems to be working now. I tried to sign in and it made me go into my internet to get a sign in to prove it was me (this was a couple of weeks ago), since then I have not had any more trouble. I did find out at a local shopping centre that they had been having troubles but were in the process of fixing it. I just tried it, it was changed a bit but worked. I had to use the three lines at the top left to sign out, where as it used to be at the top right. I was able to find out all my information and amount of use though without using my home internet, just sign in the old way.

Never mind website......

..........anyone on Freedom with "No service" on their phone ? I live at Walkers and Upper Middle in Burlington.
