I switched from Starchoice to Rogers almost 2 years ago. At the time, Rogers gave me a 2 year free rental for the HDPVR, HD, and regular terminals.

Has anyone been able to get this 2 year free rental extended? Will the threat of canceling and switching to Bell help out?

Call Rogers customer service & ask to speak to the retention department. Every year I call them & they extend my free PVR plus other discounts I have.
