According to Canadian media outlets, Quebecor is expected to announce the launch of a 24 hour conservative television news network which the media is unofficially calling Fox News North.
The Globe and Mail is reporting the company will spend about $100-million in the next five years to launch the news network, which will be headed by former chief spokesman for Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Kory Teneycke.
