Vivaz Pro has smartphone specs but Fido considers it as a dumbphone.
Acer Liquid E is considered a smartphone(specs and Fido's POV)
Basically anything on this page http://www.fido.ca/web/page/portal/Fido/Phones is a dumbphone and will work with Fido's UMB.
Fido's (and Roger's) UMB add-on may not work on phones that arent bought from Fido/Rogers though.

@dogbolter - If you dont use data, then any phone will do if it meets your requirements.
