Fido offers the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro for $275 off contract
or $75 on a 2 year any type of contract.
It does NOT require a data plan.

I've been shopping around and will likely use my Fido dollars to pay the majority of the cost of the phone and go with a Pre-paid plan since I find the pre-paids cheaper with better features over their monthly contract plans.
