Does anyone have this working? I have tested my external with the 3416 and 3400 and both give me the not authorized on your account error. I called up tech support and only one knew about the problem. She said they worked fine during testing but once it was released there were problems and they are waiting for a new firmware from Motorola.

There's others in that thread that state it's working also so you should have read the whole thread not just the one post jimbo told you too.

It could be that since the new software update last week there might of been issues. Have to wait and see if anyone else that has had it stop working on them.
