Since 5 am today they are experiencing TECHNICAL Difficulties... Most websites other then google will not load. Have been with them only a Month and if this is common i will switch companies. I called them has been down for 11 hours now. They really dont seem to care....They are working on it is all i have been told. TERRIBLE SERVICE

yea many tv chans are out too. Its rediculous its been going on for this long. I've been thinking of dumping dsl and switching to cable internet but this sure doesn't put good marks in the book. Its gonna suck when usage based billing starts on dsl cause we've run out of options for isp's to pick. Maybe vianet might be an option. We'll find out soon

I noticed the internet was slow last night, but I thought maybe it was just me. Almost felt like dialup. Ironically though, I couldn't even access Google. Tonight is much faster, but I still get the problem of pages not loading. Sounds like a DNS issue.

4 hours last Monday no internet, 4 hours Saturday no internet, speed dropping to 1.54 for hours at a time.Tech in NS said theres not enough singal getting to my modem tech in Marystown saids no thats not true theres lots of signal getting to my modem.

Doppel isn't happy the guys are coming by today and replacing my moden & the want to check my line for cracks.

The extreme cold in Sudbury caused many issues with the fibre optic cable and according to the techinicain I was talking to, it was hard to isolate so many issues at once. Here in Hanmer, I had no TV channels for almost 2 days, but thankfuly my phone and internet we're still up and running.
