I live in northern Alberta and just moved from Telus to Eastlink. Telus is not available in my new neighborhood.
I am having problems logging into my iTunes account on my iPhone, iMac and AppleTV--I can watch movie trailers, etc but cannot rent any movies/music.
I've called AppleCare and they have told me it is an Internet Service Provider problem and that Eastlink is blocking the ports accessing the internet to iTunes.
I called Eastlink and they have said that they can't help me with ports and that the internet is working fine so it isn't a problem with them.
I keep getting the shuffle back and forth and have no idea what to do!
Does any one have any suggestions??
