I live in northern Alberta and just moved from Telus to Eastlink. Telus is not available in my new neighborhood.
I am having problems logging into my iTunes account on my iPhone, iMac and AppleTV--I can watch movie trailers, etc but cannot rent any movies/music.
I've called AppleCare and they have told me it is an Internet Service Provider problem and that Eastlink is blocking the ports accessing the internet to iTunes.
I called Eastlink and they have said that they can't help me with ports and that the internet is working fine so it isn't a problem with them.
I keep getting the shuffle back and forth and have no idea what to do!

Does any one have any suggestions??

Thanks!!

Update

I've been on the phone with Eastlink for an hour tonight. They do not know why, but my computers (both a Mac and a PC) are blocking the ports allowing iTunes to access the internet.
Does anyone know how I get in and allow my Mac to access:

TCP 123
TCP 3689
UDP 5353
TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP 53

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
