I currently have a DVD player that will play MP3s from a CD-R/RW, but I was wondering if there were any DVD players that would play MP3s (or even WMAs) from a DVD(+-)R disc. (I was hoping to convert my entire CD collection onto a couple of DVDs.)

The Lite-On LVD-2001 that I mentioned in another thread in this forum does have that ability. Apparently no random play though!

Just doing some quick math here and by my calculations, if you ripped your tunes at a VBR 100% rate (the bitrate I like the best), you could get about 400+ HQ songs on 1 DVD-5....

Just did some quick searching, and that "Lite-On LVD-2001" looks great. Plus it has the bonus of doing Mpeg-4 (DiVx) video.

Gonna put that on my Christmas wishlist.
