Does anyone know when a change is made via options 1-1-2-2 if it is only that particular receiver which is affected or is it the complete account (meaning all receivers listed on the account)?
Only that particular receiver. Consider it a trouble shooting step as it is not a permanent change to the receiver it is made on. It can only be changed permanently by getting Shaw Direct to make the change.
