Hi

For the last several days i have been getting a lot of audio dropouts and messages of part of recorded problem lost

is anyone else having this problem?

No other channels or recorded programs from other channels have this.

What about the Weather?

That message about part of a recorded program being lost usually is weather related. Have you been having any storms where you live? That could explain it.

@draithby and julie rose: I've just watched the two National Parks (disappointing) and Swords: Life on The Line (season over) on Discovery World HD for this week. No dropouts or similar issues on my 9200. Have you tried replaying the bad segments? I find that sometimes the problem can't be duplicated on the replay (IOW: equipment problems).

I was using channel 1601. If the problem doesn't go away on a replay, then it is part of the recording. And that brings us back to the same culprits: a reception issue or a hardware problem. (Pinza?)
