i am thinking of moving to Rogers Extreme Plus (the 50 Mbps service) and although i can't find it on their site now, thoguht i read that youneeded Rogers Cable TV service to get it. (otherwise you would be limited to Rogers Express)..

Can someone confirm that? i really do not watch TV at all..and would rather put those funds into my internet.

It used to be that way, but that requirement was removed months ago.

They add an RF filter to remove most of the TV channels (so you can't split the cable to a TV).
