Good Afteroon People,
I'm wondering about a small issue that i'm having with my LCD thats about 7 months old. I recognized a dead pixel and being a perfectionist it's all that I look at. I contacted the Brick and the warranty company that they deal with in regards to a fix/replacement. Apparently they do not get replaced until there is 7 pixel issues as there are millions in the screen. Naturally I was not impressed. Just wondering if this is normal in Sharp LCD's or any LCD's or any other manufacturers that they do not get replaced until a certain amount of pixels go bad.
Thanks,
