Just noticed this Channel and the following statement;

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), the public authority which regulates and supervisors the Canadian Broadcasting System, has received an application concerning the broadcasting license of this this broadcasting distribution undertaking. The application is by Bell Express Vu Inc (The general partner), and Bell Canada and Bell Express Vu Inc., partners in BCE Holdings G.P (The limited partner), carrying on business as bell Express Vu Limited partnership. The purpose of this application is to amend the broadcasting license of the license's direct-to-home satellite distribution undertaking as it relates to relief from program deletion requirements.

The section I underlined above is what caught my eye as it appears that we may loose recordings on the PVR's after a period of time, unless this refers to something totally different and I am just reading it wrong.....

Nothing to do with PVRs. They want to modify the way they apply simsubs.
