I need to help my daughter with setting up her home theatre. She has a Samsung LN40C560 and a Sony STRDH510. The receiver and TV both have HDMI as well as various other inputs/outputs. The limiting factor is that she only has a Shaw Digital Cable Box which has coax in and out, and very basic alternate video/audio out options (I haven't seen the back of this tiny little box myself).

What is the best method for me to hook up these three compents so she has decent audio and video through her home theatre?
