I remember reading somewhere that Fibe 6 internet is included in Fibe TV. Is that still true or do we have to pay Fibe 6 internet separately?

Considering that the Basic TV package price without time-shifting is $24 (bundled) + $3 digital service fee, the Fibe 6 internet would be extra.

The pricing for the old "Bell Entertainment Service" that was in beta until this spring included internet. That's probably the reason for the confusion.

If I get the choice bundle I would have to pay $62 + $31.95 for the Fibe 6 internet?

That's basically correct. There's a $3 digital service fee for TV and a $6.95 modem rental. Also check the pricing details on fibe.bell.ca to see the details on the discounts.
