@mrvanwinkles You can import your Excel spread sheet into Google My Maps for free.

It took me about 10 minutes to parse the HTML source and import the Ontario cities into My Maps as a test. It found every one except Point Robinson. I just used a dot for each city. It's fully interactive so you can zoom in, and have it display the city names, etc.

I used this format (row 1 contains your column titles):

City| Prov
Acton|ON, Canada
Allanburg|ON, Canada
Amherstburg|ON, Canada
etc.

You can use CITY as your map label. I included the PROV column to make sure it got the right location and not Acton somewhere in the U.S. for example.
