Just a quick question regarding CID. I have a home automation system that uses a pci modem to record cid for incoming and outgoingcalls.

My POTS line cid works fine and all digits register just fine.

My VOIP.MS line misses digits 2,3 and 6 for both incoming and outgoing calls when passed thru the pci modem.

The cid always shows OK on the cordless phone for both lines.

Is there a setting or codec or whatever that might improve the voip.ms cid ?

Nobody replied to this yet so I will, though I admit I have not had this problem.

Assuming you have a Linksys ATA, the two settings that I am aware of for Caller ID are on the Regional tab: Caller ID Method and Caller ID FSK Standard. Does adjusting these solve the problem?
