Rules of Engagement is a good show. A whole lot better than some shows that are still around.

CBS put Rules of Engagement on a very long hiatus so they could introduce a new show. The new show was cancelled I think.

I hate when a network puts too much time in between episodes. The 2-3 week period is OK as I believe that is in the writers CBA.

I remember ABC did something similar with V(2009) airing a few episodes in December and then coming back to the series in March. And then they wonder why the ratings went down.

I've always really enjoyed Rules of Engagement, but it has always got the run around from the network.

I was quite enjoying Vegas also.

BBT is a very highly rated show, so this schedule will give the 9pm premiere of THE CRAZY ONES a very strong lead-in. That's one possibility, but it could be that THE MILLERS looks weak and they're thinking of early cancellation. It could also be scheduling issues later on.

Duh! 15 episodes of Hostages? That means it is only half over right now! It was supposed to be a mini series. I assumed maybe 10-12 eps. at the most. The story has been dragged out since it began. I can't imagine getting seven or eight more stories out of this very simple premise. You could skip a week of the series and find everyone still standing where you last saw them. Nothing has happened. I wonder if anyone will still be watching on Jan. 6?
