There's a big thread about this on RFD.
At first, it seemed to me like it was a bit hit-or-miss in terms of reliability but posts for the last 6 months seem to indicate a high level of satisfaction. However, their tech support is not as efficient as the big guys since they use someone else's lines and depend on them for some issues.

Drewlocks left out that it's for unlimited capacity.
