Can't stream MPEG4 video from PS 3

I using Windows Media Player to stream video from my computer to my TV. How do I get the PS3 to stream MPEG4 video?

I have updated the PS3 firmware to the most current edition.

You'll need to use something like PS3 Media Server, TVersity or convert the files to something that the PS3 likes with something like mdv2vob
