Just curious if anyone else is having this problem...
Watch a program on one of my 1200's... when I am done the program and want to erase it, says the program is in use and it cannot erase it? My wife is not watching it at that time on another TV... so what is up?

The only time I've had a problem like that is when the program was being watched on another TV.

Have you had this problem more than once?

Is it possible the program was being watched on another TV and it was paused and you switched to another TV? You could get this situation if leave the STB on and just turn the TV off while watching part of a program.

This has only happened to me once after a service outage - I just reset the box (or in your case, boxes) and all went back to normal.

Yes, problem has happened several times. Program was not being watched, paused or played anywhere else.
I will try a soft reset on the 1200 and see if that fixes the issue.
