I am having the hardest time trying to access the Vonage Canada Web site at www.vonage.ca with my Bell Fibe 25 connection. I get a customized Bell page that says the domain is not found. Yet, I have no problems accessing www.vonage.ca from work, on my mobile phone or from anywhere other than a Bell internet connection.

If I did not know any better, I would be inclined to think that Bell was intentionally causing this problem.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

(note that I can access www.vonage.com just fine, but Vonage in Canada is .ca and this is where I have my problem).

No problem with either site on Fibe 16 (no Fibe TV)

First thing to do is get Open DNS or Google DNS and if Bell is doing some DNS filtering on vonage you should see it right away. Plus both option are way better and more secure than the crap most ISP offer. A side benefit is that you wont see custom no resolve Bell page anymore.

It 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 for Google DNS
and it 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 for Open DNS.
