Hi,

while you can easily order new channels via online customer care, there seems to be no way (online) to get rid of them afterwards.

And if I want to quit TV altogether I guess I have to walk into a store. No?

I used the online chat yesterday here in Calgary. A much faster option than waiting on the phone or waiting for a call back.
