Hi:
I have 3 subs with Sirius Canada, paid in advance 1 year (3 separate times of the year). Of course, the one I most recently renewed broke. I don't need it replaced, it was a good radio but I only need 2 now. I was wondering if they will let me use the months paid for this one, and move the renewal date of one of my other ones so that the months are not simply lost. Anyone ever done something like that?

No I have never done that...it can't hurt to ask them...let us know what happens.

I believe they will put a credit on your account which will be used on your renewal date towards one of your other subscriptions. Just call them, explain the situation, and cancel that radio sub.

I paid for a one year sub only to call back 2 weeks later and change it to a lifetime sub (when these were still available)and they said no problem, credited my 1 year to the lifetime cost.A little bit different to your situation but somewhat similiar,I think they should let you do it.
