The BlackBerry Q10 smartphone will be available in Canada starting May 1 on Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility and TELUS starting at $199 with a 3 year contract. It will also be available on Virgin Mobile Canada, Fido, Koodo Mobile, and Sasktel, and available in select retail locations, including Best Buy, Future Shop, TBooth Wireless, The Source, Walmart Canada and WIRELESSWAVE.

As good as the autocorrect and predictive text is on the Z10, I am wishing I held out for the Q10. This should be a popular item.
Sorry but these 3yr contracts are ridiculous. It's $249 for 2yr deal in the US, and that's considered expensive there.

I don't know about you, but I plan on keeping my phone number for more than three years ;)
Phone numbers are not tied to your contract, you can move your number to a new provider
I'm using the 9900 on Rogers and will have a close look at the Q10 to see if it is worth the upgrade now or wait until it drops like the Z10 has already. The 9900 does all what I need it to do so it will be tough to see me switch to the Z10. Will give it an honest look though.
