I got a letter from Rogers saying they assessed my account, that my account is no longer eligible for the discount and they are removing the discount.
This is really funny, as I have cable, Internet, home phone and a Fido cell phone, so that is 15%. I don't know what to make of it... I called them, they are confused, too. I think part of the confusion comes that I am also a Fido customer. Somebody will call me in a few days.
Any similar experiences or letters? (I was hoping for a credit like many people are getting)
