Good work on this list!

Why aren't AMC american movie classics or TCM turner classic movies available a la carte?

It's ludicrous to package those as "premium movie channels". AMC has commercials - so much for it being "premium"

These two channels are included in Rogers Digital vip service, were included in rogers non-premium analog service some years ago, and were free in the directtv basic sub back in the 90's.

You do the reading and you tell me. I'll revise my previous statement somewhat, though:

Based on the contract, AMC CAN be offered a la carte, but the distributor needs to have high penetration of the service, I believe 60% is the minimum requirement.

Do the 2005 linkage requirements even apply any more?
