Just thought I'd share my experiences with Bell on line.
Recently purchased an Astra phone from Bell via their on line store.
Phone arrived within a few days, no problem.
No problem, that is, until it stopped displaying caller id and waiting messages.
Multiple calls to Bell only resulted in the same frustrating answer, "We have nothing to do with the online store, you must deal with one of the external agents." I contacted my local Bell store, they want a $85 deposit to send it out, and another $75 dollar deposit for a loaner phone while mine is out being repaired. All of this for a desk phone that only cost $100 and is one month old.
Beware of the on line purchases.

More like beware of buying phones from Bell. Telephones are one of the few items I buy from big box stores like FS. They go on sale frequently and warranty service or returns are a lot less hassle.
