Bell Fibe is BES correct?

Sorry for any confusion I cause, but, is bell fibe tv nothing more than BES?

Why hasn't the name of this forum been changed to Bell Fibe TV?! Bell Entertainment Service is what it was originally called when it was still in testing mode, the name has been changed now that the service has launched.
