Bell again silently increased Fibe internet services by $5 each per month and 2-service and 3-service bundles by $9 each per month respectively.

They should really be honest in these messages and just say "we've got you stuck, and we know it. We'll charge whatever we like and you'll pay it because the regulators all work for us."
