My son is in Berlin Germany with a Mts 9800 torch blackberry, when he arrived his Blackberry messenger worked fine on wifi, then he switched his sim card with a german card to make voice calls,but it did not work,so then he put his mts sim card in, and now he cannot hook up to wifi to bbm,or receive emails.
I have talked to Mts and they say all is good, reset service books etc,any ideas

well phone is likely locked so can't just put in a german sim. However with regards to the wifi, I dunno. I'd personally probably try resetting the phone if going into wifi settings doesn't do anything.

But I hate blackberries so I'm just guessing.
