yeah me too,

I e-mailed BET directly about it and never received a response.

Bell is as unresponsive and canned as ever in e-mailing them.

I wonder how we can get through to Bell and tell them to turn it up!

Oh by the way, Bell, got back to you, You just didn`t hear them!:rolleyes:
It has been like that forever, no response, there is a mail box on the system that I have never seen used, a new channels and free preview channel that never get updated. Now an Amber Alert channel which we had an Amber Alert for Sask and Man that never got posted on it. Lots of promises, but with the Amber Alert it could cost someone their life.:mad:

I really cant believe that more people havent complained yet, if they can turn the volume up for Speed Tv, then why cant they do the same for B.E.T!

Bell's response will probably be something like the volume on each channel is independant from us, it's each channels that controls it...same problem here with V (a French channel)
