Canadian consumers in range of U.S. HD Radio stations will find that tuner purchase options here are few and far between at present.

• In my home theatre my Onkyo 876 AVR features an HD Radio tuner
• in my living room I use a Sony XDR-F1HD AM/FM/HD Radio Tuner purchased online from B&H Photo in the U.S.
• in my truck I used an Alpine "HD Radio Ready" stereo for which I had bought the HD Radio adaptor module (conventional FM was great but HD Radio performance was not reliable since the SeaTac stations are so far away from the Vancouver area)

If you know of other HD Radio tuners available to Canadian consumers please post them here.

In recent car stereo shopping, I did find most had the HD Ready option (JVC and Sony come to mind). Generally by way of an optional module.

I've held off on purchasing the Alpine HD module for fear I wouldn't pull in any stations from the U.S. Is the range similar to FM? I do get quite a few U.S. FM stations where I live.
