Asus is known to be one of the pioneers of netbooks and has launched several Eee PC netbook models till date. The company is expected to launch a netbook costing $200-$250 (Rs. 9,000 - Rs. 11,250 approx.) which is quite a big deal since there isn't any good model for that price. Based on the upstream component makers, DigiTimes reported that Asus will launch this netbook running Google Android 3.0 or Chrome OS in collaboration with Intel. That appears quite plausible to me.
